Living in a Radically Changing World
The world is changing in ways you can feel but can’t fully explain. You’re not imagining it.

Something is happening in the world that almost everyone can feel but very few can fully articulate. It goes beyond any single headline or crisis. It is a feeling that the ground beneath our civilization is shifting — that the familiar world is giving way to something we have not prepared for.
Environmental disruption, resource depletion, economic instability, political fragmentation, mass migration, and technological upheaval are not separate problems. They are converging forces, arriving together, reinforcing each other. This is not a temporary downturn or a cycle that will correct itself. It is a threshold — and we are crossing it.
To live in this time with any clarity requires first accepting that the world you were born into is not the world you will grow old in. This is not cause for despair. It is a call to pay attention — and to discover why you are here at this moment.

Part 1.1
PART 1.1
A new reality is emerging, the world is changing in dramatic ways and people know it deep down.
There is a widespread sense that something fundamental is shifting — not just in headlines or politics, but in the fabric of daily life. Even among those who have achieved comfort or success, there is a restlessness that nothing seems to resolve. People keep acquiring, consuming, staying busy — trying to offset a feeling of emptiness and longing that runs deeper than any of it can reach. This is not isolated to any one group or generation. It is a condition shared across the world — a sign that something has gone off course, not just in individual lives, but in the direction of human civilization itself.

PART 1.2
The world is giving signs of what is coming, but almost no one is paying attention.
The signs are everywhere — in the environment, in the instability of nations, in the desperation that is growing beneath the surface of daily life. But attention is always somewhere else. People rely on their beliefs and assumptions to such a degree that they miss what is right in front of them. They don’t want to be concerned. The mind tells itself things to relieve anxiety — convenient explanations, simple conclusions, someone to blame. Meanwhile, something deeper keeps trying to get through.

Part 1.3
PART 1.3
Escape has become the dominant response to a reality that is too big to face.
Rather than confronting what is unfolding, people seek relief — in political identities, in religious certainty, in condemning others, in entertainment, consumption, and endless stimulation. In wealthy nations, the escape takes the form of distraction and acquisition. In poorer ones, it is survival itself that consumes all attention. Either way, the deeper reckoning is avoided. The mind does not want to suffer, and so it creates substitutes for real awareness.

PART 1.4
The world we were born into is disappearing and the stability we have taken for granted is gone.
Humanity has misused its natural inheritance. It has overused its resources. In the name of growth and expansion, it has exceeded the limits of its world — and it has done this at the expense of the future. The stability that everything has been built upon — stable climate, abundant resources, relative predictability — is ending. What is replacing it is something that humanity has never had to face before. This is not a cycle or a correction. It is a threshold.

Part 1.5
PART 1.5
What is coming over the horizon is greater than anything humanity has ever faced — and no one has prepared people for it.
The difficulties ahead exceed what individuals and institutions can fully comprehend and address. Governments have not prepared people for this. Religious institutions have not. The media has not. There is very little emotional, psychological, or practical preparation for the great difficulties to come. Even the great wars of the past century will not compare to the convergence of forces that is now underway.

PART 1.6
The discomfort you may feel is not a problem to solve, it’s a deeper recognition and a sign to respond.
Beneath the restlessness, the anxiety, the sense that something enormous is happening — there is a signal. It is not pathology. It is the beginning of a response to what is actually taking place in the world. Acknowledging this discomfort honestly, rather than medicating it or explaining it away, opens a door. It is the first step toward seeing clearly what is unfolding — and what it asks of those who are willing to pay attention.
